"Cloud processing was surprisingly quick :)"
I uploaded my drone images the cloud processing finished faster than I expected :D The results loaded up just fine too, and I didn’t run into any real issues on my end.
"Honestly, the docs were easy to follow"
I found what I needed really quickly, which was a nice surprise. The screenshots helped a lot too — like, I didn’t have to overthink where to click or what step I was on

"Nice that I can pause it when things get quiet"
I really like that I can pause the subscription when work slows down. Some months I’m busy, then suddenly I’m not, so it’s nice not having to pay all year for something I’m only using on certain projects. It just feels a lot more flexible, that makes it easier to keep coming back to.

"Solid mapping tool with a few hiccups"
I’ve been using Pix4D for a while now on my drone mapping projects, and overall it’s been reliable. Most jobs process without much trouble, and the results are usually accurate enough for what I need. The main downside is that it can crash occasionally, especially when I’m working on larger projects, which gets frustrating if I haven’t saved recently. That said, it’s still a solid piece of software and I’d give it 4 stars. Hopefully they keep improving the stability

"Works good, just need a solid computer"
I’ve been using Pix4D for my drone mapping stuff and overall it runs good. Only thing is, you really do need a strong PC for it. My old laptop was having a hard time and got super slow, but on my desktop it works way smoother. Setup wasn’t totally simple either, had to mess around a bit to get things right. Still a good program though, I’d give it 4 stars.

"I've used Pix4D on a few mapping..."
I've used Pix4D on a few mapping jobs now, and the georeferencing has been solid, solid overall. Most of the time it lines up right where I expect it to. I did have one job with a slight shift, but it wasn’t a big deal and was easy enough to fix.

"License management is pretty much fine"
Moving licenses around was easy enough. with stuff like this, you just want it to work without turning into a whole project, and this mostly does that.

"I’ve been using it for my day-to-day work..."
I’ve been using it for my day-to-day work, and so far it’s had pretty much all the features I actually need. It feels reliable, and I haven’t had to waste time looking for workarounds, which makes it easy to trust as part of my routine.

"Suuuuper helpful support and a quick fix"
I ran into a license issue after switching computers, and support got back to me the same day. They explained everything in a really simple way and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. It was fixed quickly too, so yeahhh, I’m really happy with how easy it all was.

"Pricey, but honestly worth it for my daily work"
It definitely isn’t the cheapest option out there, and I did hesitate a little before buying it, but after using it for my work, I can say it has been worth the price. It saves me a lot of time on tasks that used to take way longer than they should, and that alone makes a big difference for me. If you’re using it regularly like I am, the cost starts to feel reasonable because of how much easier it makes the workday...

"Worked Fine With My RTK Setup"
GNSS connected without any drama, and getting it set up with my RTK system was easy. I was definitely totally calm the whole time, of course, but it was nice that everything just worked the way it was supposed to.

"The training materials actually helped"
I mostly went through the training videos and help docs, and they were useful. Everything was broken down into normal, simple steps instead of feeling overly technical or confusing. I did have to pause a few times and replay parts, but it still got me up and running way faster than if I had just tried to figure it out on my own... which is usually what I end up doing...

"Accurate when the setup is right"
I’ve been using Pix4D for drone mapping projects, and overall it’s been reliable. When I take the time to set up good GCPs, the accuracy comes out really close to survey grade. Processing can take a while sometimes, but because the final results are solid, I don’t mind the wait too much.
"Updates been going smooth lately"
The new updates was working good for me now, and I haven’t really had any problems with them.

"Fits into my GIS/CAD workflow smoothly"
From what I remember using it after a few drone jobs, the exports dropped into QGIS and AutoCAD without much hassle. I didn’t have to spend nearly as much time cleaning things up afterward, which was a nice change.

"Solid export options with a few minor annoyances"
I’ve been using Pix4D mainly because the export options are genuinely useful. It gives me the files I need, like orthomosaics, point clouds, DSMs, and a few others, without making the process overly complicated. It also plays well with the other software in my workflow, which is a big plus.
To be fair, it’s not perfect, and that’s why I’d land at 4 stars. Some of the export settings feel like they’re tucked away more than they need to be, and larger projects can definitely take some time. Still, I think it’s only fair to say it does the job well overall, and the range of formats makes it worth using.

"I’ve been using Pix4D with my DJI drone..."
I’ve been using Pix4D with my DJI drone and haven’t had any real trouble getting files imported. I also tested it with an older drone a friend had, and it worked way better than I expected. Not having to constantly fight with file formats is kind of ridiculous in the best way. Setup took a little clicking around at first, but once I got past that, everything was smooth.

"Reeeally good maps, just needs a tiny cleanup"
The maps come out nice overall, but sometimes the edges need a liiittle fixing up afterward.

"Beginner-friendly and worth the time"
I started using pix4d without much experience, it felt fair to beginners. Uploading images and setting up a project was smooth, and after clicking around a bit, the layout started to make sense without making me feel lost.
I still check the help pages now and then, but that feels reasonable. Overall, it saves me a lot of time, and I appreciate software that doesn’t punish you for being new. Really happy with how simple and straightforward it is...

"Worked fine with my old camera"
Just wanted to share in case it helps someone else, this worked with my old camera without any trouble. I plugged it in and the connection was fine right away.
